Psalm 119 (Part 3) I have been just and done what’s right LORD

I have been just and done what’s righteous.
Don’t leave me to my oppressors Lord.
Ensure the safety of your servant,
And don’t let the arrogant oppress me.
My eyes fail when I look,
For your salvation Lord,
When I search for your righteous promises.
Deal with me in your love
And teach me your decrees.
Give me discernment, make me understand.
Your laws are broken Lord, it’s time to act.
Your laws I love more than fine gold LORD
More than the purest form of precious gold.
And all your precepts , they are right LORD.
I hate every path that errs from you.
How wonderful are all your statutes.
Therefore I’ll obey them all O Lord, my God.
Your words unfolded bring much light Lord
Understanding comes to simple men.
I long for your commands,
In mercy turn to me
You’re merciful to those who trust your name.
Don’t let sin rule my life,
Direct my footsteps LORD
Redeem my life when men oppress,
That I might be faithful to your word.
Make your face shine upon your servant
And teach me all of your statutes Lord.
Tears in their streams flow from my eyes Lord.
For your law is not obeyed by men.
Your laws are true, Lord you are righteous,
You laid them down and they are trustworthy.
My zeal for you, it wears me out Lord,
For my foes ignore all of your words.
Your promises are good
Your servant loves them all.
For they have all been tested and found true.
And though I am despised,
A poor and lowly man,
I will not forget your laws
Your righteousness it lasts, your law is true.
Trouble, distress have come upon me
But in your commands I find delight.
Your statutes are true, they’re eternal.
Give me understanding then I’ll live.Psalm 119 part 3
Answer me Lord my heart calls to you,
I will listen, your decrees obey.
I’ll call out to you to save me.
Hold your statutes firm within my grasp.
I rise before the dawn
Cry out to you for help.
My hope is founded in the word you give.
My eyes stay open wide
Throughout the dark of night.
Contemplate your promises.
Hear my voice and save me through your love.
Near us the wicked scheme and slander.
You are far from them yet you are near us Lord.
Long past I learned from all your statutes
They’re established and they will endure.
Look on my suff’ring and deliver me,
I have not forgotten your laws Lord.
Defend my cause and bring redemption,
By your promise Lord preserve my life.
Salvation is far from
The wicked; they’re not saved,
For they do not seek out your decrees.
Yet your compassion’s great
Your law preserves my life
Many persecute me as my foes
But I have not turned from your statutes Lord.
I look with loathing on the faithless,
They don’t obey your word though it is true.
I love your word it is eternal.
And by your love Lord preserve my life.
Rulers without cause persecute me,
But my heart it trembles at you word.
I take delight in what you promise
Like one who great treasure he has found.
All falsehood I abhor,
But love your righteous law
Seven times a day I praise you for it Lord.
Great peace belongs to they
Who love your laws O Lord
They won’t stumble in the way
I’ll follow you and wait; Salvation comes.
I love your statutes and obey them.
For I do love them greatly, love them Lord.
I will obey all of your precepts.
As all my ways are known to You O Lord.
LORD, may my heart’s cry come before you.
Give me understanding from your word O Lord.
I bring my supplication to you.
Save me as you promised to O Lord.
My lips they overflow,
With praise they overflow,
For from your word you teach me your decrees.
May my tongue sing out
Proclaim all your commands
For they’re righteous and they’re good
Help me, keep your hand on me.
I choose your laws, they’re my delight LORD.
Save me and let me live to praise your name.
I’ve strayed far from you like a sheep lost.
Seek me, for I hold to your commands.
